Official Disclaimer on Clinical Trial Registration
In strict compliance with the relevant national administrative regulations for clinical research and the requirements of the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry (ChiCTR), to further standardize the academic publication procedures of the journal and ensure the compliance, authenticity and rigor of academic achievements, we hereby issue the following official statement regarding clinical trial registration:
In accordance with the official requirements of the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry, all clinical trials and human clinical studies conducted in China must complete public clinical trial registration. All manuscripts submitted to this journal concerning human clinical trials, clinical observational studies, case analyses, interventional studies and other related human clinical researches shall be duly registered by the authors in advance in accordance with relevant specifications. Valid and complete clinical trial registration numbers and relevant certification documents shall be provided truthfully during manuscript submission.
This journal implements a standardized academic compliance review mechanism. The journal only reviews and publishes manuscripts in terms of academic content, research ethics and writing specifications, and assumes no responsibility for the pre-review, final confirmation and subsequent accountability of the compliance of authors’ clinical trial registration.
Any and all consequences arising from the authors’ failure to complete clinical trial registration in accordance with national and industrial specifications, including but not limited to false registration information, non-compliant registration procedures, and delayed registration, which result in the published papers being unrecognizable for professional title evaluation, academic graduation, scientific research achievement accreditation, project final acceptance and other official reviews, as well as any subsequent academic disputes, scientific research accountability and invalidation of research achievements, shall be borne solely by the authors. This journal shall not be liable for any joint liability, remedial liability or compensation liability whatsoever.
