Abstract

To construct an intervention strategy for ischemic stroke patients undergoing endovascular therapy based on mobile healthcare. Methods: A initial intervention strategy was constructed through a literature review and research group meetings. Subsequently, the Delphi method was conducted in two rounds to reach a consensus among a panel of 21 experts on the final content of the intervention strategy. Results: The response rates for the expert surveys were 95.5% for the first round and 100% for the second round. Kendall's coefficient of concordance was 0.161 for the first round and 0.169 for the second round (both P<0.001). A refined intervention strategy for ischemic stroke patients undergoing endovascular treatment was finally developed. Conclusion: The refined intervention strategy based on mobile healthcare for ischemic stroke patients undergoing endovascular therapy is scientific and practical, and provides continuous and adaptive medical guidance for patients at different stages of their treatment.
