Abstract
In recent years, there has been a notable alteration in living environments and the adoption of
unhealthy lifestyles, leading to an increased incidence of non-traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage in young
adults. Young adults aged 18-50 years now face a serious health threat due to intracerebral hemorrhage.
However, comprehensive studies have not been conducted in this group. This article reviews the current research
progress on the epidemiology, etiology, risk factors, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of intracerebral
hemorrhage in young adults.
