Abstract
Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS), a prevalent condition without clear etiology, is characterized
by abnormal body shape and back pain, which significantly impact the physical and mental well-being of
adolescents. Early detection and intervention are imperative for the effective management of AIS. With the rapid
development of artificial intelligence (AI), its application in healthcare has expanded considerably. Currently, AI
has shown great potential in the screening, treatment, and prediction of AIS, with numerous promising projects
and models emerging. This article aimed to provide a comprehensive review of the latest advancements.
