近10年痉挛型脑性瘫痪康复相关研究的可视化分析

摘要

目的:对近10年国内外痉挛型脑性瘫痪康复相关研究热点和发展趋势进行可视化分析。方法:采用 CiteSpace 6.2.R6对近10年中国知网和Web of Science (WOS)中痉挛型脑性瘫痪康复相关文献进行关键词 共现、聚类和突现分析。结果:共纳入中文文献674篇,英文文献284篇。中国知网纳入文献关键词形成12 个聚类和25个突现词,表明国内康复领域主要关注痉挛型脑性瘫痪患者的运动功能障碍和异常肌张力,常 用的康复治疗方法包括针刺、推拿和悬吊训练。WOS数据库纳入文献关键词得到11个聚类和24个突现 词,表明国际康复热点聚焦于改善痉挛型脑性瘫痪患者步行功能和纠正步态,并日益广泛地应用康复机器 人辅助技术。结论:国内已形成治疗痉挛型脑性瘫痪独具特色的中医康复体系,但仍缺乏针灸推拿治疗该 病的作用机制研究。康复机器人辅助痉挛型脑性瘫痪患者康复是国际研究热点,我国在此领域较之国外 仍有较大差距。

Abstract

To conduct a visualized analysis of research hotspots and development trends in rehabilitation for spastic cerebral palsy (SCP) over the past decade, both domestically and internationally. Methods: CiteSpace 6.2.R6 was employed to perform keyword co-occurrence, clustering, and burst detection analyses on rehabilitation-related literature on spastic cerebral palsy from the past 10 years, sourced from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Web of Science (WOS). Results: A total of 674 Chinese-language articles and 284 English-language articles were included. Keyword analysis of the CNKI dataset revealed 12 clusters and 25 burst terms, indicating that domestic rehabilitation research primarily focuses on motor dysfunction and abnormal muscle tone in patients with spastic cerebral palsy. Commonly utilized rehabilitation methods include acupuncture, tuina (Chinese therapeutic massage), and suspension training. In contrast, keyword analysis of the WOS dataset identified 11 clusters and 24 burst terms, revealing that international rehabilitation research hotspots center on improving walking function and correcting gait abnormalities in SCP patients, with an increasingly widespread application of rehabilitation robot-assisted technology. Conclusion: Domestically, a distinctive traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) rehabilitation system has been established for the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy. However, there remains a lack of research on the underlying mechanisms of acupuncture and tuina in treating this condition. Robot-assisted rehabilitation for SCP patients represents a major international research hotspot, with China still lagging significantly behind foreign counterparts in this field.
