摘要

阿尔茨海默病(AD)是常见的神经退行性疾病,也是全球范围痴呆的主要原因,目前尚无有效治疗方 法。AD的早期发现与诊断,对改善预后具有重要的临床意义。研究表明,淀粉样蛋白PET和18F-氟脱氧葡 萄糖(18F-FDG)PET成像有助于AD的早期诊断。本文对PET成像β淀粉样蛋白阳性的不同人群的脑葡萄 糖代谢及二者间关系的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a common neurodegenerative disorder and the leading cause of dementia worldwide, for which there is currently no effective treatment. The early detection and diagnosis of AD are clinically significant for improving prognosis. Studies have shown that amyloid PET and 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose ( 18F-FDG) PET imaging are useful for the early diagnosis of AD. This article provides a review of the research progress on brain glucose metabolism in different populations with positive amyloid β (Aβ) PET imaging and the relationship between the two.
