摘要
卒中后吞咽障碍是脑卒中患者感染和死亡的主要原因之一,识别与卒中后吞咽障碍相关的结构和功
能脑区变化有助于早期筛查和临床干预。功能磁共振成像(functional magnetic resonance imaging,fMRI)在
卒中后吞咽障碍中的应用广泛。本研究对卒中后吞咽障碍的fMRI成像研究进行综述,总结静息态fMRI和
任务态fMRI在吞咽障碍中的应用,及其对吞咽障碍的各种康复训练方式疗效的评估作用。
Abstract
Dysphagia following stroke is one of the main causes of infection and death in stroke patients. Identifying changes in the structural and functional brain regions associated with post-stroke dysphagia can aid in early
screening and clinical intervention. Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) is widely used in the study of
dysphagia after stroke. This review summarizes the research on fMRI imaging of post-stroke dysphagia, focusing
on the applications of resting-state fMRI and task-based fMRI in dysphagia, as well as their roles in evaluating
the efficacy of various rehabilitation training methods for dysphagia.
