摘要
星型胶质细胞的功能异常与多种神经退行性疾病的发生发展关系密切,缝隙连接的异常是其中重要
的机制之一。缝隙连接主要是由缝隙连接蛋白(connexin,Cx)构成,是相邻细胞间代谢和离子耦合以及电
传递的主要结构。Cx43和Cx30是在脑中含量最多的Cx亚型,其中又以Cx43为主。Cx43在脑中含量或分
布与阿尔兹海默病的发生发展关系密切。本文就以Cx43与阿尔兹海默病的关系进行综述。
Abstract
The dysfunction of astrocytes is closely related to the development of various neurodegenerative
diseases, and one of the important mechanisms is the abnormality of gap junctions. Gap junctions are primarily
composed of connexins (Cx), and they serve as the main structures for metabolic and ionic coupling, as well as
electrical transmission between adjacent cells. Cx43 and Cx30 are the most abundant Cx subtypes in the brain,
with Cx43 being predominant. The content or distribution of Cx43 in the brain is closely associated with the
development of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). This article provides an overview of the relationship between Cx43
and AD.
