摘要
抑郁症是一种常见的且极易复发的精神疾病,其发病机制仍未完全探明。铁死亡是2012年提出的一
种新型细胞死亡形式,参与多种损伤和疾病的发生。有研究表明抑郁小鼠模型体内的铁死亡途径明显被激
活,而铁死亡抑制剂有助于改善抑郁症状,表明铁死亡可能参与了抑郁症的发生发展。本文将对铁死亡基
本特征和可能导致抑郁症的通路进行综述。
Abstract
Depression is a common and highly recurrent psychiatric disorder, whose pathogenesis has not been
fully elucidated. Ferroptosis, a novel form of cell death proposed in 2012, plays a role in various injuries and
diseases. Studies have shown that the pathway of ferroptosis is significantly activated in mouse models of
depression, and inhibitors of ferroptosis help improve depressive symptoms, suggesting that ferroptosis may be
involved in the development of depression. This article will review the basic characteristics of ferroptosis and the
pathways that may lead to depression.
