摘要

脑卒中的发病机制复杂,与多种危险因素有关。瘦素作为参与代谢最重要的分子,与糖尿病、动脉硬 化、高血压等疾病密切相关。近年来,研究发现瘦素、瘦素抵抗可能与卒中发生、发展及预后有联系,一方面 有学者提出瘦素水平增高可作为卒中的独立危险因子之一,另一方面不少研究显示瘦素具有神经保护作 用。本文就瘦素在卒中的可能的作用机制及与研究进展进行综述。

Abstract

The pathogenesis of stroke is complex and related to many risk factors. Leptin, as the most important molecule involved in metabolism, is closely related to diabetes, arteriosclerosis, hypertension, and other diseases. In recent years, it has been found that leptin and leptin resistance may be related to the occurrence, development, and prognosis of stroke. While some scholars have proposed that increased leptin levels can be used as an independent risk factor for stroke, a few studies have shown that leptin has neuroprotective effects. Herein, we reviewed the possible role and mechanism of leptin in stroke.
