摘要

精神障碍是一类具有诊断意义的精神方面问题的总称,其特点是认知、情绪、行为等方面的改 变,可伴有痛苦体验或功能损害。神经生化异常中“谷氨酸类神经递质假说”认为中枢谷氨酸功能异 常会诱发精神障碍,包括编码谷氨酸受体(AMPA)的基因。GRIA2基因编码AMPA受体的GluR2亚 基,该基因作为各类精神障碍的易感基因近年来的相关研究已不断开展,但结果不一。本文对近年来 GRIA2基因多态性与精神分裂症、重度抑郁症、双向情感障碍等精神障碍的关联,以及与抗精神病药 物反应的相关研究进展予以综述。

Abstract

Mental disorders are a category of mental problems with diagnostic significance, characterized by changes in cognition, emotion, and behavior, and may be accompanied by painful experience or functional impairment. From the perspective of neurobiochemical abnormalities, the “glutamate hypothesis”suggests that glutamate dysfunction in the central nervous system can induce mental disorders, including abnormalities in the genes encoding glutamate AMPA receptor. The GRIA2 gene encodes the GluR2 subunit of AMPA receptor, and it has been studied as a susceptibility gene for various mental disorders in recent years, with inconsistent results. Herein, we reviewed the research progress on the association of GRIA2 polymorphism with mental disorders such as schizophrenia, major depression, and bipolar disorder, among others, as well as response to antipsychotic drugs in recent years.
