近年来医用臭氧在临床上得到广泛应用，关于医用臭氧的基础和临床研究也逐渐深入，臭氧治疗的 益处主要包括：改善血液循环、免疫调节作用、抗氧化应激、抗炎镇痛等。臭氧治疗的有效性主要与激活氧 化/抗氧化系统相关，达到纠正缺血性脑卒中、神经退行性疾病和其他疾病中的氧化应激。现将医用臭氧可 能的作用机制及在神经系统疾病治疗中的应用进行总结。

Medical ozone therapy has been widely used in clinical practice in recent years, and the basic and clinical research on medical ozone has gradually deepened. The benefits of ozone therapy include improving blood circulation and anti-oxidative stress, as well as immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic effects. The effectiveness of ozone therapy is primarily related to the activation of the oxidative/antioxidant system to correct oxidative stress in ischemic stroke, neurodegenerative diseases, and other diseases. This article summarizes the possible mechanism of medical ozone and its application in the treatment of neurological diseases.
