目的：观察孙申田头针、腹针联合治疗方案对慢性疲劳综合征认知功能下降的临床疗效。方法：慢 性疲劳综合征患者90例，随机分为治疗组（n=45）和对照组（n=45），分别给予基础治疗＋孙申田头针、腹针 联合治疗方案和基础治疗＋常规电针治疗，2组患者均每日1次针刺治疗，每周5次，连续治疗4周。治疗 结束后比较2组患者疗效、疲劳量表-14（FS-14）积分、蒙特利尔认知量表（MoCA）得分、完成MoCA评测耗 时，并在治疗结束后6月进行随访。结果：治疗后，治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗4周 后，治疗组FS-14积分、MoCA评分、完成MoCA量表耗时均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；6月后随访，治疗组的 FS-14积分、MoCA评分、完成MoCA量表耗时仍优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：孙申田头针、腹针联合治疗 方案对改善慢性疲劳综合征患者认知能力和反应速度临床效果更好，长期稳定。

To observe clinical efficacy of the combined Sun Shen-Tian scalp acupuncture and abdominal acupuncture treatment scheme on cognitive function decline in chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods: Ninety patients with chronic fatigue syndrome were recruited, and randomly divided into treatment group (n=45) and control group (n=45). Each group was respectively given routine treatment plus combined Sun Shen-Tian scalp acupuncture and abdominal acupuncture, and routine treatment plus standard electroacupuncture treatment. Both groups were treated with acupuncture once a day, 5 times a week, for 4 weeks. After treatment, the efficacy, FS-14 score, MoCA score, and time spent completing the MoCA were compared between the two groups, and a follow up was performed 6 months later. Results: After treatment, the efficacy in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the FS-14 score, MoCA score, and MoCA completion time in the treatment group were significantly improved compared to those in the control group (P<0.05). At the 6-month follow-up, the FS-14 score, MoCA score, and MoCA completion time in the treatment group were still better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Sun Shen-Tian scalp acupuncture and abdominal acupuncture combined treatment scheme has better clinical efficacy in improving the cognitive ability and reaction speed of patients with chronic fatigue syndrome, and this therapeutic effect remains stable with time.
