摘要

目的:探讨父母温暖和拒绝对高中生非自杀性自伤行为(NSSI)的影响。方法:选取454例高中生, 采用简式父母教养方式问卷中文版(s-EMBU-c)、青少年非自杀性自伤行为评定问卷(ANSAQ)、修订版青 少年依恋问卷(IPPA-R)、自我概念与同一性量表(SCIM)和医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)进行施测。结果: 非自杀性自伤行为总检出率为22.7%,非自杀性自伤检出率在是否独生子女(χ 2 =21.19,P<0.001)和家庭居 住地(χ 2 =13.04,P<0.001)方面有显著性差异,同伴依恋和同一性形成在父母温暖和拒绝与非自杀性自伤 中的链式中介效应显著。结论:父母温暖和拒绝既能直接影响高中生非自杀性自伤行为,又能通过同伴依 恋和同一性形成的链式中介作用影响非自杀性自伤行为。

Abstract

To explore the effects of parental warmth or rejection on non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) in high school students. Methods: A total of 454 high school students were enrolled. The Short-Egna Minnen av Barndoms Uppfostran (s-EMBU-c), Adolescent Non-suicidal Self-injury Assessment Questionnaire (ANSAQ), Revised Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA-R), Self-Concept and Identity Measure (SCIM), and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) were administered. Results: The overall detection rate of non-suicidal self-injury was 22.7% . There were statistically significant differences in the detection rate of non-suicidal self-injury in terms of only-child status (χ 2 =21.19,P<0.001) and family residence ( χ 2 =13.04,P<0.001). Peer attachment and identity formation exerted a mediating effect on the relationship between parental warmth or rejection and non-suicidal self-injury. Conclusion: Parental warmth and rejection can affect non-suicidal self-injury in high school students both directly and through the chain-mediating effects of peer attachment and identity formation.
