目的：调查帕金森病患者病耻感现状，并分析其影响因素。方法：采用一般资料调查表、慢性病病耻感 量表（SSCI）对168例帕金森病患者进行调查。结果：帕金森病患者病耻感总分为（57.75±17.59）分，内在病耻 感得分为（37.10±12.18）分，外在病耻感得分为（20.74±6.66）分。回归分析结果显示，帕金森病患者生活自理 能力、是否持续服用抗帕金森病药物、对性生活是否有影响及是否坚持复查是帕金森病患者病耻感的主要影 响因素。结论：帕金森病患者有中等程度的病耻感，主要表现为内在病耻感。

To investigate the status of stigma in Parkinson’s Disease (PD) patients and its influencing factors. Methods: A total of 168 PD patients were investigated using a general information questionnaire and the 24-item Stigma Scale for Chronic Illness (SSCI). Results: The total SSCI score among Parkinson’s Disease patients was (57.75±17.59); the internal stigma score was (37.10±12.18), and the external stigma score was (20.74±6.66). The result of regression analysis indicated that the self-care ability, compliance with medication regimen, influence on sexual life, and adherence to subsequent visit were the main influencing factors of stigma in PD patients. Conclusion: PD patients suffer moderate level stigma which mainly manifests as internal stigma.
