目的：对英文版患者特异性功能量表（Patient Specific Functional Scale，PSFS）进行汉化和文化调适， 并在缺血性脑卒中患者中检验其信效度。方法：基于Lee翻译模型对PSFS进行汉化，应用专家函询法进文 化调适。以便利抽样法，筛选2024年2月～2024年4月在襄阳市某三甲医院神经内科住院治疗的120例缺 血性脑卒中患者，评价中文版PSFS的信度和效度。结果：中文版PSFS内容效度为0.83，内部一致性Cronbach’α系数为0.777，组内相关系数为0.977。结论：中文版PSFS具有良好的信效度，适合我国背景下缺血 性脑卒中患者康复效果的评估工具，可为个体化康复训练指导方案的制定和效果评价提供依据。

To translate the English version of the Patient-Specific Functional Scale (PSFS) into Chinese and conduct cultural adaptation, then evaluate its reliability and validity among patients with ischemic stroke. Methods: The PSFS was translated into Chinese using Lee’s translation model, followed by cultural adaptation through expert consultation. A convenience sample of 120 patients hospitalized for ischemic stroke in the neurology department of a tertiary hospital in Xiangyang City from February to April 2024 was recruited to assess the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the PSFS. Results: The content validity index of the Chinese version of the PSFS was 0.83. The internal consistency, measured by Cronbach’s α coefficient, was 0.777, and the intraclass correlation coefficient was 0.977. Conclusion: The Chinese version of the PSFS demonstrates good reliability and validity, making it a suitable tool for evaluating rehabilitation outcomes in patients with ischemic stroke under the Chinese context. It can provide a basis for formulating individualized rehabilitation training programs and assessing their effectiveness.
