目的：分析近10年国外脑卒中与肺功能之间关系的研究现状及热点，并探讨该领域的发展趋势。方 法：检索Web of Science核心合集数据库中自2013年1月1日至2023年6月10日所收录的关于脑卒中与肺功 能的文献，并应用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析。结果：经检索共有346篇文献被纳入分析。在脑卒中和肺 功能的研究领域，年度发文量呈现逐年增加的趋势，美国为主要发文国家，发文量最高的机构是哈佛大学和 梅奥医学中心。该领域作者之间尚未形成广泛的合作关系，且大部分作者的发文量较低。探索脑卒中与肺 功能之间的直接关系、关联疾病和改善卒中患者肺功能的方式是该领域的研究热点。研究前沿方向为康复、 力量、呼吸功能、呼吸肌力量。结论：脑卒中和肺功能的研究热度保持持续上升状态，研究内容主要集中于肺功 能对脑卒中发生率的影响，疾病对脑卒中和肺功能的共同影响以及提升脑卒中患者肺功能的康复治疗方式。 关键词 脑卒中；肺功能；CiteSpace；可视化分析

To analyze the current status and hotspots of research on the relationship between stroke and lung function in recent 10 years, and to explore the development trend in this field. Methods: We searched for literature on stroke and lung function in the Web of Science Core Collection database from January 1, 2013 to June 10, 2023, and performed visual analysis using CiteSpace software. Results: A total of 346 articles were included in the analysis. The annual publication volume of stroke and lung function research showed a trend of increasing year by year, with the United States as the main country of publication and Harvard University and Mayo Clinic as the institutions with the highest publication volume. There is no extensive cooperation among authors in this field, and most authors have low publication volumes. Exploring the direct relationship between stroke and lung function, associated diseases, and ways to improve lung function in stroke patients are research hotspots in this field. The frontier directions of research are rehabilitation, strength, respiratory function, and respiratory muscle strength. Conclusion: The research on stroke and lung function is in a sustained upward trend, with the main focus on the impact of lung function on the incidence of stroke, the joint effects of diseases on stroke and lung function, and rehabilitation treatment methods to improve lung function in stroke patients.
