目的：了解神经内科门诊患者心理健康状况，分析其影响因素。方法：纳入我院神经内科门诊患者 3703例，采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）进行问卷调查就诊患者的心理健康状况，并分析人口学因素对心理健 康状况的影响。结果：本组73.51%患者的SCL-90得分＞160分，SCL-90总分和各维度得分均高于全国常模 （均P＜0.05）；多元线性回归分析显示年龄、性别和婚姻状况是神经内科门诊患者心理健康状况的影响因 素，但只能解释总体影响因素的3%。结论：神经内科门诊患者心理健康状况较差，需给予相应的心理辅导。

To investigate the mental health status of outpatients in neurology department, and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: 3703 cases of outpatients in the department of neurology were recruited. Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90) was used to investigate their mental health status. Clinic data were collected and analyzed. Results: 73.51% of the cases scored more than 160. The SCL-90 total score and other subscales’scores were higher than those of national norm (P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, gender and marital status were the influence factors of mental health of outpatient in neurology department, but which explained only 3% of the overall impact factors. Conclusion: The mental health status of outpatients in neurology department is poor, and it is necessary to provide psychological counseling accordingly.
