目的：探讨精神分裂症患者病耻感现状及相关因素。方法：采用自制基本情况调查问卷、应对方式问 卷、精神病患者病耻感评估量表和自尊量表对134例患者进行病耻感、自尊及应对方式的评估。结果：精神 分裂症患者中无业或休学人员的病耻感水平比在职或在读人员高，家庭经济状况好的患者病耻感水平比家 庭经济状况差的患者高（P＜0.05）；患者的病耻感水平与自尊水平呈负相关，与回避和屈服的应对模式呈正 相关（P＜0.05或0.01）。结论：无业或休学的患者、家庭经济状况好的患者病耻感水平高；患者的病耻感水 平与患者采取的应对方式相关，患者越对疾病采取回避和屈服的应对方式，病耻感水平越高。

To explore the current situation of stigma and related factors in schizophrenia patients. Methods: Stigma, self-respect, and coping style were evaluated by using the self-control basic situation questionnaire, coping style questionnaire, and rating scales of stigma evaluation and self-respect in 134 schizophrenia patients. Results: In schizophrenia patients, stigma level of the unemployed or those absent from school was higher than that of the employed or those in school. The stigma level of patients with good family economic status was higher than that of patients with poor family economic status (P<0.05). Stigma level was negatively correlated with self-respect level and positively correlated with coping modes of approach-avoidance and surrender (P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion: Stigma level is higher in unemployed patients or patients absent from school and in patients with good family economic status. Stigma level is correlated with coping style. The more the patient adopts coping styles such as approach-avoidance and surrender, the higher the stigma level becomes.
