目的：采用Meta分析评估针刺治疗功能性消化不良患者焦虑抑郁情绪的有效性。方法：自建库起至 2024年1月，检索中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、万方数据知识服务平台（Wanfang）、维普资讯中文期刊服务 平台（VIP）、中国生物医学文献服务系统（SinoMed）、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase 7个数据库收录的与 针刺治疗功能性消化不良患者焦虑抑郁情绪相关的随机对照研究文献。运用Revman 5.3、Stata 17.0对相 关结局指标进行分析。结果：总共纳入832例功能性消化不良患者（治疗组416例，对照组416例）。与对照 组相比，针刺能够改善治疗组患者的 SAS[MD=－0.55, 95%CI (－1.01, －0.10)]、SDS[MD=－1.18, 95%CI (－1.84, －0.52)]、HAMA[MD=－4.73, 95%CI (－11.59, 2.12)]、HAMD[MD=－4.35,95%CI (－9.15, 0.44)]、 HADS[MD=－3.01, 95%CI (－4.73, －1.29)]、消化不良症状积分[MD=－1.55, 95%CI (－2.04, －1.07)]、总 有效率[MD=2.62, 95%CI (1.70, 4.01)]。结论：针刺对于功能性消化不良患者的症状及焦虑抑郁情绪均具 有改善作用，但证据等级偏低。

To evaluate the effectiveness of acupuncture in treating anxiety and depression in patients with functional dyspepsia (FD) through a meta-analysis. Methods: From database inception to January 2024, seven databases—CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed, Web of Science, and Embase—were searched for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) related to acupuncture for anxiety and depression in FD. Revman 5.3 and Stata 17.0 were used for outcome analysis. Results: A total of 832 FD patients were included (416 in the treatment group, 416 in the control group). Compared with the control group, acupuncture significantly improved SAS [MD=－0.55, 95% CI (－1.01, －0.10)], SDS [MD=－1.18, 95% CI (－1.84, －0.52)], HADS [MD=－3.01, 95% CI (－4.73, －1.29)], dyspepsia symptom score [MD=－1.55, 95% CI (－2.04, －1.07)], and total effective rate [MD= 2.62, 95% CI (1.70, 4.01)]. For HAMA [MD=－4.73, 95% CI (－11.59, 2.12)] and HAMD [MD=－4.35, 95% CI (－9.15, 0.44)], the differences were not statistically significant as the confidence intervals crossed zero. Conclusion: Acupuncture can improve both symptoms and anxiety/depression in patients with functional dyspepsia; however, the level of evidence remains low.
